What was the highlight of Novotel Dakar
Overall, it was pleasant.
The breakfast was good. I enjoyed the fresh fruits the most.
Cleaning was taking place in the lobby many times throughout the day. It made the place look busy to see cleaning equipment throughout the day. The security check entering the hotel was a bit excessive. Baggage had to be unloaded, passed through checks and then reloaded before going to the reception

Nothing
Arriving at 23:00 there was no food available as the restaurant was closed, so I expected to be able to order room service. When I attempted to do so, nothing was available from the room service menu. I went down to restaurant and spoke with staff and agreed on a seafood pizza....when it arrived 3/4 hrs later it was only a cheese pizza. Shocking service! Breakfast also of poor quality.
